Oi Playschool acquired by FirstCry Group

A branch of FirstCry Group the Edubees Education has acquired Oi Playschool, which is an initiative of People Combine Group. In the deal, LoEstro Advisors had acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Oi Playschool. The CEO of FirstCry Supam Maheswari said that they are happy about Oi Playschool's accomplishments and they are hoping to grow even more in the future. FirstCry is Asia's largest e-store for baby products.
