Nirav Modi challenges his extradition to India in UK High Court

Fugitive diamantaire Nirav Modi has moved the UK High Court, seeking permission to challenge the order by a lower court that allowed his extradition to India. "On February 25, the District Judge gave judgment in the extradition case of Nirav Modi. The extradition order was signed on April 15," said UK's Home Office spokesperson. Nirav is wanted in India in connection with a money laundering and bank fraud case.
