Dell, the PC manufacturing behemoth, is encountering significant resistance from its employees over its recent return-to-office initiative. The company's new policy, introduced earlier this year, necessitates workers to categorize themselves as either remote or hybrid employees. The latter are mandated to spend a minimum of 39 days per quarter in a physical office, while those who choose to work remotely are not considered for promotions or new roles within the company.
