Nearly $2 billion invested by Chinese companies in Indian start-ups

A new report was released which stated that the Chinese companies invested nearly $2 billion in Indian start-ups in 2017, which is comparatively higher than the previous year. This rise is indicating that Chinese firms' desire to shift to India for its expanding market, cheaper labour and less domestic vulnerability. The firms have invested mainly in e-commerce and then in transportation and financial technology start-ups.
