Mistrys dragged to SC by Tata sons for raising funds against pledged shares

In a fresh development in the ongoing corporate battle between Tata Sons and Mistrys, Chairman N Chandrasekaran-led salt-to-autos conglomerate dragged the Shapoorji Pallonji (SP) Group to the Supreme Court to prevent the latter from raising funds by pledging shares of Tata Sons Ltd (TSL) as security. An urgent application was filed by Tata sons against the Shapoorji Pallonji group in the apex court on September 5.
