Kotak Mahindra Bank purchases 46.7% stake in Kotak Mahindra Pension Fund

In a major deal worth Rs. 12.10 crore with Kotak Mahindra Asset Management, Kotak Mahindra Bank has purchased a 46.7% stake in Kotak Mahindra Pension Fund. The bank acquired over 1.3 crore shares of Kotak Mahindra Pension under the deal. “KMPFL was a direct subsidiary of KMAMC and that, post the said acquisition of shares, KMPFL has now become a direct subsidiary of the Bank," the bank said after the deal.
