Jubilant FoodWorks acquires 10.76% stake in Barbeque Nation for Rs. 92 crore

Jubilant FoodWorks is going to acquire a 10.76 percent stake in the casual dining Barbeque Nation Hospitality Limited for Rs. 92 crores. The firm will acquire 36,50,794 fully paid-up equity shares of the face value of Rs 5 each in an all-cash transaction. The deal is likely to be finalised by January 25, 2021. Jubilant is eyeing an expansion of its new brand portfolio with the launch of Ekdum! Biryani.
