Infosys co-founder purchases shares worth Rs. 100 crore from wife

S D Shibulal, the co-founder of IT major Infosys, purchased shares worth Rs. 100 crore from his wife Kumari Shibulal through an open market transaction. As per the reports, Shibulal bought more than 7.45 lakh shares at an average price of Rs. 1,342.05 per share. After the deal, his stake in the firm has gone up to 0.10 percent, whereas the stake of his wife Kumari Shibulal has come down to 0.16 percent.
