India's economic recovery to get affected by second wave of Covid, says Moody's

Global rating agency Moody’s has said that the rise in Covid cases amid a second wave may hit India's economic recovery. The agency, however, said that the targeted restrictions instead of complete lockdown and large-scale vaccination will help the country in lowering the impact on the economy. "The GDP is still likely to grow in double digits in 2021 given the low level of activity in 2020," the agency said.
