In the latest research, Indian consumers lead in openness in switching to digital-only financial provider and consumers in the Asia Pacific are claimed to the be the most advanced when it comes to digital engagement in financial services. In a survey, about 73% people believe they should be able to complete any financial task on a mobile device as consumers trust payment firms over traditional financial service providers.
