In a major boost for digitization in India, Google has announced a whopping Rs 75,000 crore fund for the upscaling of its digital India mission. Google's CEO, Sundar Pichai said the company will invest Rs 75,000 crore in India over a period of 5 to 7 years. "The investment will be done through a mix of equity investments, partnerships, and operational, infrastructure, and ecosystem investments," Pichai said.
