GoMechanic receives $5 million from Sequoia capital

Sequoia Capital has pumped $5 Million (Rs 35.69 crore) in automobile repair and service solution provider GoMechanic. The Gurugram-based company got the funding in Series B round in which Fosun International and Chiratae Ventures were also in talks to invest around $15 million. Sequoia has invested the sum mentioned above through SCI Investment VI and Redwood Trust and GoMechanic’s estimated value now stands at Rs 316 crore.
