Global Economy in a "synchronized slowdown", effects "more pronounced" in India: IMF Chief

Kristalina Georgieva, the Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund(IMF) said on Tuesday, that the world economy is facing a "synchronized slowdown". She further added that almost 90% of the world is facing economic slowdown and the effect of slowdown is "more pronounced" in countries like India and Brazil. Ms.Georgieva mentioned that unemployment is at historic lows in United States and Germany.
