Founders without losing control can raise money for startups

Startups can now raise funds without giving away control of their companies and ideas to foreign investors in return for capital. MCA has also eased out some rules. Thus these startups can raise money without diluting the voting rights of all existing shareholders. The bar of differential rights has increased from 25% to 74%. The finance ministry has also issued a circular to simplify angel investment.
