Flipkart launches B2B digital marketplace to connect MSMEs with retailers

Flipkart Wholesale has begun operations to connect small businesses such as MSMEs and kirana stores with retailers. Flipkart Wholesale has been launched on a pilot basis for the fashion and apparel segment in Delhi, Gurugram and Bengaluru, with plans to expand to Mumbai later in the year. Last month, Flipkart acquired parent company Walmart’s loss-making B2B wholesale franchise ‘Best Price.’
