Embibe acqui-hired test prep platform Online-Tyari

Reliance-owned Embibe has recently acqui-hired the test prep platform online-Tyari as the latter couldn’t raise money from the venture capitalists. Late last year, the online tyari team has joined the Embibe team as a part of the deal. The entire business along with its intellectual property was transferred to Embibe in return for a few crores in cash and none of the stakeholders made any money in this deal.
