Dubai's Emaar Properties selling the observation decks of Burj Khalifa: Sources

According to some reports, Emaar Properties is selling the observation decks of the world's tallest skyscraper the Burj Khalifa to raise a whopping $1 billion for Dubai's biggest developer amid a real estate downturn. Emaar had appointed Standard Chartered to advise it on the sale of the popular "At The Top" tourist attraction. However, Emaar in which the Dubai govt has a stake of 29.2% is yet to comment on the reports.
