Digital payment firm Phone Pe gets Rs 585.6 cr infusion from parent company Flipkart

Flipkart-owned digital payment company PhonePe has got a fund infusion of Rs 585.6 crore from its parent company in another round and was also allotted 13,81,278 shares. In July this year, it had received a fund infusion of Rs 698 crore from its parent firm. The latest fund infusion is to provide more muscle to compete in the burgeoning payment segments in India. The company refused to comment on the fund infusion.
