Deutsche Bank has agreed to pay $130 million to settle a foreign bribery probe with the US authorities. The Department of Justice said the bank paid $3 million "without invoices" to a Saudi consultant "who lacked qualifications other than his family relationship with the client decision-maker." The bank is also accused of keeping false records related to the payment. The bank kept false records between 2009 and 2016.
