Delhi High Court issues notice to Amazon on its appeal challenging Future Group-Reliance deal

A single judge order that restrained Rs. 24,713 crore deal between Future Group and Reliance Retail, has been stayed by the Delhi High Court division bench of Chief Justice D N Patel and Justice Jasmeet Singh. The restraining order was issued by the judge after Amazon objected to the deal between Future Group and Reliance. A notice was issued to Amazon by the High Court after Future Group challenged the single judge's judgment.
