Cure.fit and Book your Game opted for out of court settlement

Popular Health and fitness platform Cure.fit and Book Your Game (BYG) have opted for out of court settlement to solve the ongoing dispute regarding an acquisition deal. BYG alleged that Cure.fit withdrew their agreement after the acquisition. BYG has now withdrawn the case from Bengaluru Civil Court and Cure.fit will now launch Gym.fit, a marketplace that works similar to BYG to book fitness centers.
