Cuba to recognise, regulate cryptocurrency transactions

In a boost for the cryptocurrency market, Cuba has decided to recognise and regulate the crypto transactions in the country. According to a resolution published in the Official Gazette, the country's Central Bank will frame rules for digital currencies. The Central Bank can authorise use of cryptocurrencies “for reasons of socio-economic interest," the resolution said. Earlier, El-Salvador decided to regulate cryptocurrencies.
