As the number of cases of the Novel Coronavirus in India surged to 147, a group of venture capitalists and start-ups have written to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, appealing him to take decisive action and "impose strict lock-downs and impose Section 144 (to ban large gatherings) across key cities this week" to combat the outbreak of the Pandemic. The entrepreneurs said the virus "doesn't discriminate on the basis of nationality".
