Coinbase debuts crypto trading in India after pushing for UPI payment support

Global crypto exchange Coinbase has debuted crypto trading in India. It has been adding support from homegrown digital payment gateway UPI to make its cryptocurrency exchange functional. Coinbase has made an official launch in India in its maiden event on April 7, 2022. Coinbase is also planning to ramp up tech hiring and investments in India.
