Canada topped global poll of entrepreneurs while US witnesses fall

The Thomson Reuters Foundation's 2nd report has named Canada as the best country for social entrepreneurs while US slipped from the top. Australia and France came 2nd and 3rd on the list while Mexico stood at the last rank. The US, however, witnessed the biggest fall as it slipped from 1st to 32nd. The reports also gave importance to how the Govt's are acknowledging the social entrepreneurs and their effects on govt agendas.
