Boeing Expects India to Order up to 2,100 Aircraft Over 20 Years

India is now one of the fastest growing aviation markets, With domestic passenger traffic growing at more than 20% a year over the last few years. Making the highest-ever forecast, Boeing Commercial Airplanes hopes this phenomenon would make Indian airlines order a whopping 2,100 new aircraft in next 20 years valued at $290 billion. Almost 85% or 1,780 aircraft of 2,100 aircraft will be single aisle such as Boeing 737.
