Boeing CEO Dennis Muilenburg quits after a disastrous year; Chairman David Calhoun takes over

Boeing CEO Dennis Muilenburg has stepped down after a disastrous period wherein the company faced major setbacks including 2 fatal crashes, delays and several issues with its 737 Max plane. Chairman David Calhoun will take over as the next chief. Muilenburg became the CEO in July 2015. Boeing's best selling commercial jet, 737 Max, was grounded worldwide in Mar 2019 but it has not returned to flight yet.
