Blackstone infuses Rs 1,750 crore in Future Lifestyle Fashion

New York-based private equity firm Blackstone has invested Rs 1,750 crore in Future Lifestyle Fashion (FLF), the Future Group’s flagship fashion business that owns several retail chains including Central and Brand Factory. The infusion was done under an equity and debt deal. The Rs 1,750 crore investment includes the secondary market component and Blackstone will help the flagship fashion business in its continued growth.
