As cryptocurrency traders across the world were hopeful of crossing the $40,000-mark, Elon Musk's emoji tweet turned the charts red for a brief moment, leading to a slight slump in the price. After falling nearly 3.6 percent, Bitcoin was trading at around $37,809. This was after a 6.3 percent increase in Bitcoin's price since the last week. Twitter users once again slammed Musk for manipulating the market.
