Apple has sued an iOS virtualisation vendor Corellium over trafficking under the DMCA Act. Apple initially sued the company over copyright infringement in Aug, however, now there are new accusations in an old case. The revised complaint alleged that Corellium copies everything- the code, the graphical user interface and the icons. Corellium's CEO says Apple is using this case as a trial balloon to crackdown on jailbreaking.
