After the 2 deadly crashes, many countries banned the use of Boeing 737 Max 8 over safety concerns. Indonesia’s national carrier Garuda has now canceled its order for 49 Boeing 737 Max 8 jets, the company informed. Garuda's spokesman, Ikhsan Rosan, said that they have sent a letter to Boeing for the cancelation of the order. The manufacturing firm is working to fix the safety issues after the 2 accidents.
