Administrators sold Koovs after Duture Group failed to invest

The administrators of Koovs have announced that they have sold the business and assets to SGIK 3 Investments Ltd. The decision was taken after its largest shareholder India's Future Lifestyle Fashion failed to invest a further 6.5 million pounds in the company. Koovs administrators failed to find any other alternative funding and the offer they received from SGIK 3 Investments Limited was the best one they had.
