Adani Wilmar hires JP Morgan and Kotak Mahindra Capital to raise Rs. 5,000 crore through IPO

Adani Wilmar is soon going to launch its initial public offering (IPO) with an aim to raise Rs. 5,000 crore. The firm has already hired legal advisers, and investment banks JP Morgan and Kotak Mahindra Capital to take care of the listing. Adani Enterprises, Adani Ports and Special Economic Zones Ltd, Adani Transmission Ltd, Adani Power Ltd, Adani Total Gas Ltd and Adani Green Energy Ltd of the group, have already been listed.
