ACKO acquires digital health platform Parentlane to expand beyond core insurance offerings

Bengaluru-based insurtech unicorn ACKO on Friday said it has acquired digital health platform Parentlane. However, it didn’t disclose the acquisition cost. Parentlane’s personalised guidance and advice on maternity and child health, combined with ACKO's core insurance offering, will enable better healthcare choices, informed decisions, and improved outcomes for millennial parents, the startup said in a statement.
