Abacus.AI to invest $50 mn in India, to hire 200 people in India R&D unit

Abacus.AI on Tuesday said the company will invest USD 50 million in its R&D (research and development) division in Mumbai over the next three years. The company plans to initially hire 20 engineers and scientists, and this number will grow to 200 in the next three years, the company said in a statement said. Located in Mumbai, the R&D division will cater to the AI (artificial intelligence) adoption by small and large firms, it added.
