A non-functioning start-up Sidecar Technologies Inc has sued Uber for predatory pricing and anti-competitive practices due to which it went out of business. On Tuesday the lawsuit was filed against Uber in the U.S. district court in San Francisco. Sidecar also claimed that it made fake ride requests to opponents in order to dominate the market. In 2015, the start-up went out of business and sold all its assets in 2016.
