Why did Delhi government suspend subsidy on TATA Nexon EV?

The Delhi government has decided to suspend the subsidy on Tata Nexon EV after receiving complaints from several owners of the vehicle. As per the complaints received by the government, the electric SUV failed to deliver the driving range of 312 km per charge. Delhi Transport Minister Kailash Gahlot announced the decision. "It is unfortunate to receive this order from the Delhi Transport Commission," a Tata spokesperson said.
