Why did an electric bike shop owner sue Tesla?

Niall Darwin, from the small town of Raglan, has reportedly sued Tesla after it said no to support his dream car that he rebuilt. He found it strange to witness that Tesla did not factor in the idea that its vehicles in Australia could be reused. He brought up a wrecked Tesla for $40,000, assembled its parts with an intention of using them in his two-wheeler projects. He always wanted to own one, he said.
