UK to ban petrol and diesel cars by 2030 under "Green Industrial Revolution"

UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson has outlined a 10-point plan for a ‘UK Green Industrial Revolution’ worth £582 million to cut down carbon emissions significantly. PM Johnson announced that the country will impose a ban on petrol and diesel cars in the country in 2030. The government has allocated £582 million as grants for those buying zero or ultra-low emission vehicles. The grants will make the electric vehicles cheaper.
