Tesla Chief Elon Musk took to Twitter to announce the launch of 'Plaid' versions of the Tesla Model S and X. Musk claimed that Model S Plaid will be the first-ever car to reach 0 to 60 miles per hour in less than 2 seconds. "First production car ever to achieve 0 to 60 mph in less than 2 seconds," Musk tweeted. According to the company, the car will cost the buyers $112,990, including potential incentives.
